These terms apply when you use this website, buy from us, or engage K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC for work. By using the site you agree to them.
Who we are
K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC was established in New York in March 2023. It is now based in Jersey City, New Jersey, with New Jersey business registration.
Using this site
You may browse, read and share this site. You may not misuse it — no attempting to break into accounts or systems, no scraping at a scale that degrades the service, no using the site to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
Accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under it. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and decline or cancel an order affected by one. All sales are final; see the Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Custom development work
Project work is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement, which sets out scope, schedule, payment and ownership. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that project.
Intellectual property
The names, logos, artwork, writing, photography, software and page designs on this site belong to K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership or licence to reproduce, resell or redistribute it.
Third-party sites
Our brands link to their own websites, and some of those services are operated with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
