No refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed and payment is accepted, the sale is final. This applies to physical goods, digital downloads, and software subscriptions alike.

Please read product descriptions, sizing details and file formats carefully before ordering, and write to us first if anything is unclear — we would much rather answer a question than see you buy the wrong item.

Digital products

Digital books and downloadable files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned. If a download link fails or a file will not open, contact us and we will re-issue the file at no cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review it and arrange a replacement where the fault is ours.

Order changes and cancellations

Reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can only make changes before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Custom development work

Custom websites, applications and software are quoted, scheduled and invoiced individually. Payments for that work are non-refundable, and the terms of each engagement are set out in the agreement signed before the work begins.
