What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. Accessibility is treated as part of building a page, not a step added afterwards.

What we do

• Structure pages with real headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
• Keep every link and control reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
• Write meaningful alternative text for images that carry information.
• Check colour contrast between text and background.
• Keep pages readable when text is enlarged and on small screens.

Where we fall short

Some material — older documents, artwork and content hosted by third-party services — may not yet meet the standard we set for ourselves. We fix what we find, and we would rather hear about a barrier than not know it exists.
