The books, artwork, prints, designs, photography, software and page content published by K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC and its brands are protected by copyright. Reproducing, reselling or redistributing them without written permission is not permitted.

Sending a notice

If you believe material on a site we operate infringes your copyright, email our designated contact with a written notice containing all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The address of the specific material you are asking us to remove, in enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next

We review complete notices promptly. Where the claim is properly supported, we remove or disable access to the material and notify whoever posted it. Repeat infringers lose access to our services.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

A word of caution

Knowingly making a false claim of infringement — in a notice or a counter-notice — can expose you to liability for damages. If you are unsure of your rights, speak to a lawyer first.
