Commission is earned on actual collected customer revenue, not free signups, and is subject to refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and the program terms.

- · 14-day hold before a commission becomes payable
- · Recurring commission while the referred customer stays eligible and paying
- · Failed payment = no commission
- · Canceled subscription = no future commission
- · Refunds and chargebacks may reverse or adjust commission

Marketing expenses a partner chooses to spend do not create ownership or company debt unless separately agreed in writing.
Sales Partners are independent referral/sales participants and are not owners, members, shareholders, employees, investors, or legal partners of K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC. Participation does not provide equity, voting rights, management authority, or authority to bind the company.
