Processing

Physical orders are prepared in the order they are received. Prints, original artwork and made-to-order apparel take longer to prepare than stocked items, because each piece is checked by hand before it leaves us.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Digital delivery

Digital books and downloads are delivered by email immediately after payment is accepted. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will re-send the file.

Shipping costs and destinations

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the order. Where international shipping is offered, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot recover a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, all sales are final.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement.
