Tell us the idea
Send a project request from the Contact page — what you want built, who it is for, roughly what you can spend and when you need it. Half-formed ideas are welcome; that is what the first conversation is for.

We come back with a plan
You get a written scope: what we will build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what we need from you. No surprises later.

We build in the open
Work starts once the scope is agreed. You see progress as it happens rather than at the end, so anything off-track gets corrected early.

You review
You test the real thing and tell us what needs changing. We refine until it does what it was meant to do.
05
Launch and support
We put it live, hand over everything you need to run it, and stay reachable afterwards.
Buying from our brands
Books, artwork, prints and apparel are sold through each brand's own store. Digital files arrive by email straight after payment; physical pieces are prepared by hand and shipped from Jersey City with tracking. All sales are final — see Returns & Refunds and Shipping.
